XGallery for Joomla 3.2 Progress

I've had a lot of time to work on XGallery for Joomla 3.2 since I was laid off at Apple about a month ago. I have to say Joomla 3 is going to be really cool when it finally comes out for production. But I hope they will update bootstrap to version 3 when it does.

There's a lot more features in version 3 and all other APIs are going in that direction. But XGallery for Joomla 3 seems to be working just fine. I still need to do some more tests, but I'm pretty happy with it's outcome so far. This component will be fully responsive. Last night I was doing some tests creating collections on my Galaxy Note 2 and it was an amazing experience. Now I don't have to create an app to do the same thing. However a couple things I noticed that I need to look into more... one, being able to select multiple images at once. I tried using the Gallery app, Astro File Manager app and ES File Manager app but all of these apps only allowed me to select one image at a time. ES File Manager will at least go back to the same directory so I can pick the next image, but with the Gallery app I have to browse back to that same location. But once the images have been selected uploading them is pretty strait forward. I ended up replacing Plupload in favor of jQuery File Uploader. I went with this route mainly because jQuery File Uploader uses bootstrap for its layout, and it took up less real estate on the page. The second problem I saw was Joomla's Media selector. It doesn't look like the Joomla team made this responsive yet. So you have to scroll when selecting and clicking buttons. Other then that, I'm looking forward to my next vacation where I don't have to wait till I get home before uploading images. I will be releasing a beta version soon so I can get more feedback.
